GIRLS COUNCIL

Girls Council is the boldest leadership opportunity Girls Inc. of the Pacific Northwest offers.

Girls Council serves as youth leadership body of our organization. Comprised of girls from communities across the Pacific Northwest, ranging in age from 8-18, Girls Council members help our affiliate understand the needs of girls, and use the power of their voice to lead change. Girls serve on Girls Council for one year and learn the power of her voice in leadership, advocacy, and community action. Girls participate in unique opportunities like OUR Power of the Purse fundraising gala, FashioNXT, OUR SHE LEADS advocacy day at the State Capitol, and much more!

Know a strong, smart, and bold girl interested in using the power of her voice? For more information on Girls Council, please email Grace Malango-Blake at grace.mblake@girlsincpnw.org.

Girls Council is now in SW Washington, too! We’re excited to be working with our first group of girl leaders in the Vancouver area! Contact Devin Ruiz for more information: devin@girlsincpnw.org
