Join us for some skill sharing on how to use yoga and breath work to build resiliency. For those who had Yoga this year, it is an expansion on what you worked on this summer. THIS IS A SPECIFIC MOTHER/MATERNAL WOMAN IN YOUR LIFE AND EUREKAN! WORKSHOP! Please bring your guardian with you to do some partner work. (Note: We are limited to 20-25 participants, which is 10-13 pairs).
