WHAT TO EXPECT:
A chance learn how to row on the beautiful Willamette River with the awesome folks at Rose City Rowing Club.
You will be required to wear a life jacket the entire time you are on the water as well as sign a waiver to participate.
There will be food provided by Rose City Rowers. Please include any allergies below and we will do our best to accommodate. If you are at all concerned about food, please bring some extra snacks so you can relax and enjoy yourself.
There will be a Girls Inc staff present to assist and monitor. When the event is a week away you will receive an email with the contact of the Girls Inc staff as well as any other important event info.
The maximum number of youth that can attend is 20.
WHAT YOU NEED TO DO:
Fill out the Eureka! Monthly Learning Session form below.
Come to the event and connect with the Girls Inc staff that is monitoring attendance. You will receive info about the Girls Inc staff around a week away from the event.
WHAT DO PARENTS/GUARDIANS NEED TO KNOW:
This is a youth focused event. Expect to drop off your youth and come back to pick them up when the event is done. There is some space for families to hang out at Elemental but not much.
Rose City Rowing Club is located near OMSI in SE Portland. There ample pay parking and some free parking as well as lots to do nearby.
